These days there are a LOT of resources on the internet and in bookstores that provide information about homeschooling and alternative education. However, there is VERY little information on homeschooling from an Afrocentric perspective and especially of the caliber that the Expo's presenters will offer. The amount of time, energy and money you would have to spend looking for all the information (that will be offered at the Expo) on your own by far exceeds your cost for registration. By FAR. It's just too good an opportunity to pass up.
